Our aim at Phase One is to provide you, the customer with the best equipment for your money. Unlike most other companies trading on the internet, we have a shop premises and a huge selection of stock.

Company Background
PHASE ONE was established in 1981 and we’ve been selling DJ and Disco equipment for over 21 years. We pride ourselves on our expertise and knowledge that can only be gained by being in the game as long as we have. We are not a faceless internet business, all our staff are working DJ’s who are friendly and willing to help in any way that they can.

Well it has been long time coming and long over due, but we have now moved to our new store. Still located in Darlington and still offering the same great Phase One service that has made us one of the longest running DJ store's in the country, in fact since 1981 we have been selling DJ and disco equipment, so the bottom line is we understand your needs.

In 2004 the company ventured in to the internet side of retail and did with great success and we now serve 1000's of happy customers all over the UK. Our main aim as a online business is customer service, we believe that you should be able to get a shop service online and we strive to achieve this. We don't just send emails we quite often call and speak to our customer 's ,not all of them ,but if there is a problem with an order in any way we find picking up the phone and talking to the customer is the way to deal with it and get any issues sorted . In a world of email and internet we still think customers should be served properly. We have run a shop since 1981, so we do have old school values that just work.

Our new store is better than ever before and with more stuff on demo than ever it really is worth a visit, we think our new showroom is the best in the north of England. And our lighting demo room is excellent with no less than 50 different lighting fixture's on demo all the time (usually more).

We hold a large amount of stock and strive to keep everything in stock in store and ready to ship on a next day delivery.
