Order errors and cancellations

If there are any errors or shortages in your order call 01325 480507 (10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) or email info@djanddiscostuff.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

There is no charge for withdrawing an order, as long as the item has not been despatched. If it has been despatched and you whish to send back for no other reason but you have changed your mind on the purchase ,you will be charged a delivery charge and a restocking fee (10% of purchase price) To cancel an order call 01325 480507 (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) or email info@djanddiscostuff.com quoting your customer number.
