Our latest venue is the best ever, bigger than ever before with 2 showrooms, one for sound and light and the other for DJ tech including midi controllers, mixers and CDJs. We also carry more stock than ever and as well as 2 showrooms we have a fully stocked warehouse on site, so if you find a bit of kit you require in our shop, 9 times out of 10 you can take it away with you the same day. The shop is located on the outskirts of Darlington in co Durham, with Parking available for free directly outside the shop. The shop is located for great access for Teesside with the A66 less than 3 minutes away. So if you’re based in Stockton on Tees, Middlesbrough, Billingham or any Teesside location, we are easy to get to via the A66, with no need to go in to the busy town centre of Darlington. Also access from the north and south could not be easier as the A1 motorway is only 10 minutes away and again without having to navigate the Town centre of Darlington. Which makes anyone wanting to visit the store from Newcastle, Gateshead and the Tyne and wear area also very easy. At Phase One DJ Store we have a whole area dedicated to just lighting, so if you're looking for the right effect whether you are in a band, a solo artist or mobile DJ we will have something for you. With over 100 lighting fixtures on demo in our North East store and are very confident we will be able to help. The lighting show room is all wired up and ready to go with LED technology. We keep a huge range of LED PAR lights and LED stage lights and some stunning Lighting effects including moving heads and scanners, everything from a £50 Disco effect to a £4000.00 laser. When it comes to Disco, band and stage lighting we have got it covered. Also we are able to advise and help you choose the right effect for you and your venue, so if you're thinking of adding something new to your bar or night club, we are here to help.
We have many top brands on display in our demo room including American DJ, Chauvet lighting, LEDJ, Equinox, Laser UK, Laserworld, Acme, Lanta and Kam. So if you are located in the North East, you can come along and experience our top of the range equipment before you buy.
Since we have moved to our new venue we have had more space to show off some of the best sound systems and mobile PA kit available on the market. If you're looking to upgrade your current PA system we really are worth a visit as we have several PA systems on demo that you can test against each other. We have a lot of active speaker cabs on demo and set up for you to listen to and we welcome your feedback and comments on the systems. We have every kind of setup, all the way up to around 4k. Powered active speakers are very popular and we have over 15 different cabs from budget to high end brands like FBT and EV. Customers are more than welcome to bring their own music or backing tracks to test the PA equipment and we have even invited singers to come and have a sing. We use a Dynacord cms 600 mixing desk in the store which produces a great sound, so come on! Put us to the test.
